Returns & Exchanges
DOMESTIC USA SHIPMENTS
Please visit our Return Portal to begin your return and receive a prepaid return label. Return/Exchange requests are processed Mon-Fri from 9am-6pm.
Returns must be received within 10 days of the delivery date for a refund to your original form of payment. Returns received within 30 days of the delivery date will be refunded as store credit.
All returns for refund within the US will be subject to a $20 restocking fee (per item), which will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping fee is waived for returns receiving store credit and for exchanges.
We accept unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any return if the merchandise is damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear.
Sale items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned. Sale items not marked FINAL SALE are eligible for return. Please refer to the product page to confirm eligibility.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your refund to be processed after the return is received. A confirmation email will be sent to the address used to place the order. Refund timing varies by bank or financial institution and may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Customers returning items from international locations are responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties, taxes, and any associated fees.
Once received, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. A confirmation email will follow once your return is complete. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear, depending on your financial institution.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALES. (NO RETURNS ALLOWED)
EXCHANGES
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, please visit our Return Portal, select the item you wish to exchange, and choose your new size. Return your original item using the provided prepaid label. Once your return is in transit, we will ship your new size.
Please note: Return shipping labels may vary by carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). Please ship the package back accordingly. Additionally, international orders are not eligible for RETURNS or exchanges.
