DOMESTIC USA SHIPMENTS
We hope that you are fully satisfied with your purchase but we're always here if something doesn't fit or if you have any concerns with your purchase.
Avenue Montaigne only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item or if you accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact us at info@avemontaigne.com or our customer service at 212.216.9050 ( Monday through Friday 10am to 4pm EST)
All returns or exchanges must be requested within 10 days from the date of delivery and are eligible for a full refund with $20 restocking fee per item.

We do not accept packages sent back to us without a return approval, sending packages with your own courier and at your own discretion will not guarantee a refund.
Avenuemontaigne.com reserves the right to reject returns sent beyond the return period limit or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received. Each item must be unused with original tags and plastic garment bag. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
When the atelier receives the merchandise and passes inspection we will process your refund in the original payment method. Please allow 12 business days for your refund to be processed once your return is received by our warehouse.You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
