- Orders ship Monday through Friday. No orders are processed on the weekend.
- Orders will process within 2 to 3 business days. Next day air and two days air are prioritized.
- Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, email us at email@example.com or contact our customer service at 212.216.9279 Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm EST.
- Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that will include the tracking number.
- Items unavailable for shipment will be cancelled and the customer will be notified via email.
- Orders are subject to New York State sales tax 8.875%.
- Your order can be shipped to an address selected by you ( home, work, etc. never a PO Box). Delivery time depends on the type of delivery you select.
- Final sale items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refunds.

Avenue Montaigne ships to all international destinations. For all international shipments, all applicable duties and taxes as determined by the destination's customs authority will appear at the checkout page and paid at the time of checkout.

All returns or exchanges must be requested within 10 business days from the date of delivery and are eligible for a full refund. Return requests made AFTER 10 days will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit and if the merchandise is returned in the same condition it was originally received. Return requests made after 15 days will NOT be accepted for a refund nor a merchandise credit.*ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE*
The merchandise eligible for a return/exchange must be dropped off at a UPS location within 10 days after a return label was sent to you by our team. We will not be able to accommodate a refund/exchange if the package is not dropped off at UPS within this timeline.
Exchanges and returns at avenuemontaigne.com are free of charge using our return method only and are subject to availability.
Avenuemontaigne.com reserves the right to reject returns sent beyond the return period limit or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received. Each item must be unused with original tags and plastic garment bag. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
Fill out the return form below « order look up » to request a return label. A label will be sent within 2 to 3 business days. As long as your request was sent within 10 business days, you are in compliance with our policy even if a return label is sent at a later time.
Once we receive your exchange or return form via email, you will receive a UPS return label via email at our expense. The merchandise must be unused condition with original tags and packaging.Once your package is ready for shipment, you may drop it off at the nearest UPS location.
When the atelier receives the merchandise and passes inspection we will process your refund in the original payment method. Please allow 12 business days for your refund to be processed once your return is received by our warehouse.You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
We are not able to accommodate nor accept international returns at this time.
