We hope that you are fully satisfied with your purchase but we're always here if something doesn't fit or if you have any concerns with your purchase.
Avenue Montaigne only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item or if you accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or our customer service at 212.216.9279 ( Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm EST)
All returns or exchanges must be requested within 10 business days upon delivery of your order.
Exchanges and returns at avenuemontaigne.com are free of charge using our return method only and are subject to availability.
FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
Avenuemontaigne.com reserves the right to reject returns sent beyond the return period limit or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received. Each item must be unused with original tags and plastic garment bag. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
To request an online exchange or return your order must have been placed as a registered user. Please click below "Request a return here".
Once we receive your exchange or return form via email within 10 business days upon delivery, you will receive an email with an EC# and UPS return label at our expense. The merchandise must be unused condition with original tags and packaging.
Once your package is ready for shipment, you may drop it off at the nearest UPS location.
When the warehouse receives the merchandise and passes inspection we will process your refund in the original payment method.
Please allow 7-10 business days (depending on your bank) for your refund to be processed once your return is received by our warehouse.
You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
